As Founders of the New Creatures-in-Christ Ministries, Inc., Overseer Dexter and Pastor Madlin have committed our lives, time, talents, and financial resources to serving Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.   God has birthed and blessed this ministry to teach and preach the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world.  Our calling and election is sure that according to Luke 4:18-19, The Spirit of the Lord is upon us,  for he has anointed us to bring Good News to the poor.  He has sent us to proclaim that captives will be released, that the blind will see, that the oppressed will be set free, and that the time of the Lord’s favor has come.
